Payment methods we accept: CREDIT/ DEBIT, and CASH for Original Artwork only (upon request)

Items offered through the dropship supplier will be sent with: FED EX, CANPAR, Purolator, and UPS.

​

Original Artwork and Limited Edition pieces will be sent via Canada 
Post or Purolator.

Please note we may, without prior notice, change the products; stop providing the products or any features of the products we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to you and you will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.

 

To initiate a claim please send an email with pictures to info@apstudiosart.com and once a confirmation email has been received you may send it to the corresponding address depending on which dropship supplier it was shipped from.

All sent products are marked with the return address for your convenience.

  • Japan are returned to: 817-3 Komiyaji, Shinwamachi, Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture, 8630101 Japan.

If a product is returned to the dropship supplier, it will be placed in temporary returns for 28 days at no cost. During this time, you'll be able to change the shipping address, and you'll be responsible for shipping costs. All unclaimed returns will go to charity.
